WelcomeNew Clients

Starting with a new practice can feel like a big step — especially if you’ve been through the conventional system without getting the answers you needed. We want to make this as straightforward and comfortable as possible from the very first interaction.

This Is a Different Kind of Practice.

Here’s What That Means for You.

At MVP Medical Care, new clients aren’t handed a clipboard and left in a waiting room. From your first call to your first appointment, you’ll notice that the pace is different, the questions go deeper, and the people you interact with actually know your name.

Dr. Sosnowski built this practice around the belief that a physician’s most important job is to listen — really listen — before drawing any conclusions. That principle shapes everything here, including how we onboard new clients. We don’t rush the intake process because the intake process is where the most important information lives.

If you’re coming to us after years of unanswered questions, dismissed symptoms, or treatments that never quite worked, you’re not alone. Most of our clients have a version of that story. What we can tell you is that this is where that story starts to change.

Before Your Visit

A Little Preparation Goes a Long Way

The more context Dr. Sosnowski has before your first appointment, the more productive that appointment will be. Here’s what we recommend bringing or having ready:

YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS Any relevant labs, imaging, specialist notes, or test results from the past 2 to 3 years are helpful — particularly if you’ve been investigated for a chronic condition. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything organized. We can request records on your behalf and work with whatever you have.

YOUR MEDICATION & SUPPLEMENT LIST A current list of everything you’re taking — including dosages — saves time and gives Dr. Sosnowski important context about how your body has been supported and what may need to be reconsidered.

YOUR SYMPTOM HISTORY Think about when your symptoms started, what makes them better or worse, what you’ve already tried, and how your quality of life has been affected. The more specific you can be, the better. If it helps to write it down beforehand, do that. There are no wrong answers and nothing is too small to mention.

YOUR QUESTIONS Write them down. New client appointments cover a lot of ground and it’s easy to forget what you wanted to ask in the moment. No question is too basic and no concern is off-limits.

Your First Appointment

What to Expect When You Come In

Your first appointment with Dr. Sosnowski is a comprehensive consultation — not a 10-minute check-in. Plan to spend meaningful time with us. The goal of this appointment is to understand your full health picture: your history, your current symptoms, your lifestyle, your environment, and your goals.

Dr. Sosnowski will ask questions that may go further back — and further into your daily life — than any physician has before. That’s intentional. The context that seems unrelated often turns out to be the most important piece of the puzzle.

By the end of your first appointment, you’ll have a clear sense of Dr. Sosnowski’s initial thinking, what diagnostics she recommends and why, and what a realistic path forward looks like for your specific situation. You won’t leave with a vague next step. You’ll leave with a plan.

After Your Visit

The Work Starts Here

Depending on your situation, your first appointment will likely be followed by advanced lab work or diagnostic testing. Once results are in, Dr. Sosnowski will review them in detail with you — explaining what they mean, what they reveal, and how they inform your treatment protocol.

From that point forward, care at MVP is active and ongoing. Check-ins are scheduled regularly, your protocol is adjusted as you respond, and you always have a direct line to our team when questions come up between appointments. You are not on your own between visits. That’s not how we operate.
